We offer personalized one-on-one treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy at every visit, ensuring focused and individualized care. Our services include sports rehabilitation and return-to-sport performance tailored to athletes of all ages and ability levels. We also specialize in women’s health, including pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation and perimenopause/post-menopause care. Additional offerings such as dry needling and recovery services are available to support your overall health and optimize performance.

Aimee grew up in Atlanta, GA, living there for 18 years until moving to Tennessee for both undergraduate and graduate school. She received her B.S. in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2012 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University in 2016. After graduating from physical therapy school, she moved to Lexington, KY where she completed an orthopedic residency program to improve her clinical skills in treating musculoskeletal conditions. During her time in the residency program, Aimee had the opportunity to treat local high school and collegiate athletes, developing a strong interest in treating female athletes.

Aimee has been an athlete her entire life, playing several sports throughout high school and college such as softball, basketball, rowing, soccer, and long distance running. Since 2018, Aimee has primarily been participating in fitness sports such as Powerlifting and CrossFit. In addition to specializing in treating female athletes as a physical therapist, Aimee has also been a strength coach for women of all ages since 2019.

Aimee has a passion for teaching in her role as a physical therapist. She has been a clinical instructor for doctor of physical therapy students since 2018 and she also previously worked as a teaching assistant in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at the University of South Carolina from 2019-2023.

Aimee is the oldest of 6 girls, which includes a set of twin sisters and a set of triplet sisters. She is a mom to a beautiful baby girl. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and being involved in church.
